Substation under construction in Janaki Rural Municipality Ward No. 5, Banke District, Lumbini Province, 132 KV. Interstate transmission line has to be constructed from Khajura Rural Municipality Ward No. 3 and 4 to Janaki Rural Municipality Ward No. 6, 4, 3, 2, 1, therefore, Janaki Rural Municipality Ward No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 (formerly Saigaun, Belbhar, Indrapur, Khajura Khurd, Belhari, Ganapur, Rural Municipality), Khajura Rural Municipality Ward No. 3 and 4 (formerly Bageshwori Rural Municipality) under Nepalgunj-Nanpara 132 KV. Since it is necessary to permanently acquire the lands with the details as per the details for the construction of towers falling within the right of way (ROW) of the interstate transmission line, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purpose of Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2034 BS, in order to acquire the land, including the houses, huts, walls, crops, trees and other structures in whatever condition they are. The concerned concerned person is hereby informed to submit a formal application to this office along with proof and evidence related to his/her right to claim compensation within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice. All concerned are hereby informed of the action to be taken as per the prevailing law in case the time limit is not met without submitting the application within the specified time limit.
