Nepal Electricity Authority Kaligandaki Ridi 132 KV Transmission Line Project, Palpa District, Baganaskali Rural Municipality Ward No. 6 and 7 and Tansen Municipality Ward No. 13 and 14, within the Right of Way (ROW) area of 18 meters from the center line of the under-construction transmission line, and the compensation for the plants on that land, as per Sub-rule 1 of Rule 88 of the Electricity Regulations 2050, this notice has been published for the information of the concerned stakeholders as per Sub-rules 1, 2, 3 of Section 33 of the Electricity Act, 2049. For the purpose of compensation payment, the concerned landowners should submit an application as soon as possible along with a copy of the current Shrestha certificate, receipt of payment of the current electricity bill, copy of citizenship, recommendation of the concerned ward office, to the concerned ward offices and the Kaligandaki Ridi 132 KV Transmission Line Project Office, Mirmi. It is hereby informed that no construction of any kind of physical structure or planting of trees is permitted on the lands of the plot number as per the details falling within the said ROW after the publication of this notice. It is also hereby informed that if any physical structure is constructed or trees are planted in violation of this notice, the concerned person or organization will be held responsible for the damage caused by the transmission line.
