Nepal Electricity Authority, Kohalpur-Surkhet-Dailekh 132 KV Transmission Line, Surkhet District, Birendranagar N.P. Ward No. 11, as per Section 9 and Section 10 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2034, the land as per the details has to be acquired permanently, and as per the notice dated 2082.06.08 published in Kantipur Daily Newspaper and the compensation amount has been determined by the decision dated 2082.07.27 of the Compensation Amount Determination Committee formed under Section 13 of the same Act, the concerned landowners should submit a formal application along with documentary evidence regarding their rights or usage to Nepal Electricity Authority Kohalpur-Surkhet-Dailekh 132 KV Transmission Line Project, Surkhet, for the purpose of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2034.
