Since the following contractors/suppliers who have transacted with this Directorate from FY 2060/061 to FY 2076/077 are yet to pay towards the procurement and contract services, they are hereby informed to submit their claim along with valid and authentic documents within 35 days from the date of publication of the public notice. If the claim is not made along with the certified documents within the stipulated time, the account will be settled by deducting the amount as per the prevailing law.
